ABOUT ME   Juliette Lloyd (CPsychol)

My experiences as a junior international rower and coach afforded me an in-depth, personal insight into the demands of elite sport. The psychological aspects involved became my particular focus and I gained a degree in psychology (BA Hons) followed by a masters degree in sport and exercise psychology (MSc). Having completed my degrees I began the formal process of becoming a chartered sport and exercise psychologist completing my BPS and HCPC accreditations.

I worked at the English Institute of Sport for 10 years supporting GB athletes at both junior and senior levels in a variety of sports including; shooting, badminton, rowing, kayaking, athletics, gymnastics. I have supported athletes at domestic and international events including World and Junior Championships, Commonwealth Games, Olympic Games and Paralympic Games.

In 2012, I decided to pursue a freelance career enabling me to combine the career I love with motherhood.  I currently work with a range of individuals, teams and groups at all levels, of all ages and in a wide variety of sports.
